When geese fly in formation, they travel up to 70% faster than when they fly alone. The concept
of teamwork allows us to achieve our goals more quickly and more easily.
The geese share the duties; when the lead is tired, it takes its place in the “V” formation and another takes over
the lead. They do not leave their fallen behind; when a sick goose must leave the formation, another goose will
stay behind to help and protect its comrade.
Words of encouragement and of support (such as the cries of the geese) contribute to inspire and stimulate those
which are at the head of the line, helping them to maintain the pace in spite of increasing fatigue.
Demark applies these principles of teamwork, through the quality, competence and reliability of its employees, to provide
the best possible service to its clientele.
